Refund Policy

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. ALL sales are final.

We currently do not accept returns due to our products handmade nature. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photos of any damage item are required before replacements will be sent.  

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.

All of our handcrafted products are carefully inspected before we ship them to you. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS. However, products that are damaged during shipment can be replaced, if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
